To claim my commissions, you must agree to my Terms of Service.

As my dear customer:

✦ You must not remove signatures from my art.
✦ You must use my art for personal use, with no commercial purpose.
✦ You can share my art owing credits to the author: Ura, me, here!
✦ Must respect my drawing style and not make demands and comparisons with other artist's line art.
✦ Must be of legal age.
✦ Forbidden to make my arts to NFT purpose.
✦ You can make prints on t-shirts, customizations on products, for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL use!
✦ It is forbidden to use my art for AI, because this is not from God.
✦ Be gentle and patient with my broken english, please.

URA-san as Author:

✦ Own all rights as an artist to your art.
✦ Can publish, or not, the art on social networks, giving due credit to the author of the character/commission client.
✦ Can also publish the artwork or wips in sites like Patreon and use it as Commission Sheet.
✦ Can refuse your commission request for any reason.
✦ Have every right to sign the art.

Order:

✦ It is important to fill in all the information on the form as completely as possible.
✦ After all information is filled in the form, your request may or may not be approved. So duly warned.
✦ Clear and sufficient images are required to be used as a reference.
✦ Once approved, we will discuss in a private chat - in which it was designated as a form of contact - about the information filled in so that some doubts are clarified before we start the commission.
✦ You should be familiar with my base pricing, and that a fee may be included based on how detailed your original character, elements or background is. This fee will be declared prior to the transaction.
✦ I will send you an invoice and you will confirm the payment before starting your order.

Payment:

✦ I only accept USD via Stripe, Paypal, or Pix as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
✦ After 100% payment is sent, I will start the Sketch. The Sketch will then be sent to you as a Preview.
✦ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Please do not send me any form of payment until I have confirmed I accept your commission AND requested payment.
✦ If the payment is not made within the deadline (24h) after the Invoice is issued, the commission will be cancelled.

Stages and Progressions:

✦ There are two stages: The Sketch Stage and the Color Stage.✦ We will start the first stage of the commission: the Sketch Stage.✦ I will send images as previews after starting and as the project progresses through each phase. They will be sent as PNG and with a watermark.
✦ During these previews, you will guide me with feedback, and it will be up to you what details you want me to follow.
✦ Major changes will only be made during the Sketch Stage. After this stage, I will not make any changes to it. Unless it was my mistake.✦ After everything is confirmed, we will move on to the Color Stage.
✦ Color and shading corrections will be performed only in the Color phase.✦ If there are alternative parts or changes to the characters, there will be a fee, regardless if it is a variation, or due to lack of feedback in previous phases.

Refund:

✦ I can only refund 100% of the payment if I haven't started working on the sketch.
✦ Once I start sketching, there are NO REFUNDS.
✦ If I cancel a project, I will refund the lost fees and 100% refund.
✦ If, for any reason, your PayPal or Stripe account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
✦ You must contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Deadline

At the most I can take three month to finish all the work, mainly because of the animations and whether for personal reasons, health, or life complications.

FULL SHADING LOOP

Your looping animation will have more detailed shading in addition to well-applied lighting and ambient effects.
